Naturopathic Medicine

Registered Psychotherapy

I am a licensed and registered Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. I completed my doctorate at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and also hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo.

I am proud to be a Naturopathic Doctor and a passionate health ambassador. My approach to care is holism and individualism. This means I aim to listen to you and your body and treat your whole body, not just symptoms, in effort to acquire balance and wellness. My job is to educate about health and to empower you to achieve your health goals (even ones you didn’t know you had!). I believe in patient-centred care emphasizing your involvement in your treatment – so can feel as good as I do about your plan. My practice includes various healing modalities often centred in the foundation of nutrition and lifestyle and can also include botanical medicine, nutritional/supplemental therapies, homeopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.

Personally, I choose live a life in line with what I teach to my patients every day. In no way is this perfect but I make every effort to find a perfect harmony that works for me as a mom, a wife, a doctor and just me. I share this because it is important for my patients to know that I, too, need to work at living my “best self”; which is an ever-evolving state.

I find my sacred balance in the things I enjoy most – my family, friends, any 4-legged creature, being with nature, quiet meditation, heart-pumping activity and the two people that inspire me most to be better – my daughters.

That’s me in a nutshell. I hope to learn all about you and would be honoured to be a part of your health care team!

Justin also understands that taking the step to seek therapy can be a vulnerable and difficult one. As such, Justin’s commitment is to provide you with a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space that allows you to explore and navigate whatever struggles you are facing in the pursuit of a more fulfilling life.
